Order Processing Times

All orders are made to order and are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and any personal business disruptions disclosed on our home page).

Orders received after 5pm CST will begin to be packaged or processed the following business day. For orders placed during business closures, orders will begin to be processed on the first available business day after the order is placed.

Domestic Shipping Options

All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS. 

Orders typically take 5-7 business days to ship once they are received by USPS. More accurate shipping time estimates are provided automatically during the checkout process and can be reviewed when selecting shipment options. 

International Shipping Options

All international orders (placed outside of the United States) are shipped via DHL Express or DHL eCommerce as selected by the customer.

Domestic Shipping Costs

All orders shipped within the United States (and subsequently with the USPS) will incur minimal shipping fees. USPS automatically calculates shipping costs based on our products' preset shipping parameters at checkout. 

Customers are responsible for any local fees or taxes incurred. These are typically charged in advance during the online order process.

International Shipping Costs

DHL allows us to charge all duties and import fees upfront in order to prevent you from incurring any unexpected fees. Any additional fees applied during checkout are calculated by DHL and are automatic.

Handling Fees

Handling and packaging fees are bundled into the price of all products. We do not charge handling fees regardless of the courier.

Order Tracking

Shipment confirmation emails will include your tracking information for your order. This email is sent once we have purchased and printed your shipping label. Order tracking is handled automatically through your courier of choice.

If you encounter any issues or concerns during shipment, please contact us and/or your package courier directly. We are happy to contact the courier on your behalf to submit order inquiries and resolve any issues.

Local Delivery

We do not offer local delivery options at this time.

Potential Service Interruptions

Orders may take longer to arrive in certain jurisdictions due to variables outside of our control (such as worker strikes or natural disasters). When we are made aware of these interruptions, further information and timeline estimates will be provided here.
